TJ&Co. was established to give organisations and leaders direct access to senior judgement and practical capability without requiring a large consulting team or a fixed model. It reflects a simple observation: important work often needs someone who can move between strategy and delivery, understand multiple perspectives, work across conventional boundaries and remain personally accountable for the outcome.
The practice has been shaped through decades of professional and voluntary work with organisations created to improve lives, advance knowledge and address complex societal problems. That experience has reinforced the value of clear purpose, sound judgement, meaningful stakeholder engagement, disciplined execution and the courage to confront difficult issues when progress requires it.
Todd Jasper OAM, Principal
Todd Jasper OAM is an executive adviser, strategist and builder whose work spans strategic advisory, organisational development, governance, executive recruitment, philanthropy, executive counsel and hands-on delivery. He has worked alongside CEOs and boards, world-leading clinicians and researchers, founders, philanthropists, grassroots service providers and advocates for change.
His work has included developing strategy, leading independent reviews, designing governance and decision systems, preparing Board and executive materials, advising leaders through sensitive organisational issues, building project and performance systems, and developing new ventures, digital platforms, products and practical tools.
Todd leads every TJ&Co. engagement. He establishes the direction of the work, provides senior judgement, takes responsibility for delivery where required and brings together trusted specialists when broader or deeper capability is needed. Long-term relationships can develop naturally through this model. Established trust, shared context and continuity allow the support to evolve as a client’s needs, challenges and ambitions change.
Todd is based in Melbourne and works with clients across Australia and beyond.
