TJ&Co. exists to strengthen organisations that improve lives. The practice provides strategic advice, leadership support and practical delivery, with a particular focus on not-for-profit organisations, health, medical research and philanthropy.
Its approach has been shaped by decades of professional and voluntary work with organisations established to serve communities, advance knowledge and address difficult societal problems.
That experience has reinforced a clear belief: an organisation’s purpose must be supported by sound decisions, responsible stewardship and the capability to carry its work forward.

Todd Jasper OAM, Principal
Todd Jasper OAM works alongside leaders and organisations in the not-for-profit, health, medical research and philanthropic sectors. His experience spans professional and voluntary roles with founders, CEOs, boards, clinicians, researchers, philanthropists and community organisations.
His commitment to community service includes many years supporting young people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. In 2013, Todd was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to the community, particularly homeless youth. His work has also been recognised through the Sir John Reid Community Service Award, Future Justice Prize, Victorian Children’s Community Award, Not For Profit Emerging Leader Award and Victorian Premier’s Community Volunteering Award. Todd's professional work encompasses strategy, governance, organisational development, executive recruitment, philanthropy and leadership support. He helps clients consider difficult questions, make sound decisions and establish the practical arrangements needed to act on them.
Todd’s contribution may involve mentoring a founder, supporting a board’s strategic discussions, reviewing organisational capability, assisting with a leadership appointment or leading a significant project. He also develops practical systems and tools where these help an organisation deliver its work.
