Todd works personally with each client from initial thinking through to delivery. This keeps senior judgement close to the work, provides continuity as circumstances evolve and ensures advice and action remain grounded in the organisation’s purpose, people and practical realities.
Where broader or deeper expertise is required, he brings together trusted specialists selected specifically for the challenge while remaining directly accountable to the client.
