Event Certificates — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026. Event Certificates is provided by Todd Alexander Jasper trading as Todd Jasper & Co. (ABN 60 369 080 995), Level 6, 80 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. The app accesses Wix Events information needed to create attendance certificates, including event titles and dates, guest names and check-in status, and the Wix site and app identifiers required for the app to operate. It does not need payment-card details.

Information is used only to display eligible checked-in guests and generate the personalised PDF certificates and ZIP file requested by an authorised site administrator. Event Certificates does not send certificates, alter event records or independently verify attendance.

Event and guest information is retrieved from Wix when the app is used and processed in the administrator’s browser. We do not operate a separate long-term database for event or guest data. The app may save the administrator’s preferred issuer, heading, recognition statement and signatory in that browser’s local storage. Generated files are downloaded to the administrator’s device and are then controlled by the administrator.

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed through Wix and its infrastructure as required to operate the app. Information may be disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the app or our legal rights.

We use Wix authentication, permissions and hosted facilities to limit app access to authorised Wix site users. Data is transmitted through Wix-hosted encrypted connections. Site administrators are responsible for securing downloaded certificates and ZIP files and providing them only to appropriate recipients. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
